Where do I find the dimensions?
Check the product description and any measurement diagram in its images. Send the product link to support if the dimensions are not given.
Does every pack contain the same number of designs?
Check the individual listing and selected option. Do not assume a quantity from a collection name or a collage image.
Can I search for a particular subject?
Use the store search for words from the design name, such as flower, skull, butterfly or mandala, then compare the individual listings.
Where can I ask a question?

What shipping methods are available?
Free shipping is offered for orders over €60 to most countries. International express is available for an additional fee. See the Shipping Policy.
How long will delivery take?
The shipping policy lists a 1–2 week process time for free shipping; carrier delivery times vary by product and destination.
Can I track my order?
After shipment, tracking information is sent by email. You can also use 17track with the tracking number.
How do I cancel or return an order?
Cancellation is free within 24 hours. Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days of receipt. See the Refund & Return Policy.
